Terms & Conditions
Website Terms of Use
Effective Date: September 27, 2026
These Website Terms of Use govern your access to and use of www.reconnectionexperience.net, including its pages, content, and contact form. This website is owned and operated by The Reconnection Experience, LLC, located in Dayton, Ohio.
By accessing or using this website, you acknowledge these Terms of Use. If you do not agree with these terms, please discontinue use of the website.
About The Reconnection Experience
The Reconnection Experience provides both clinical and nonclinical relationship services.
Designated clinical relationship intensives are psychotherapy services provided by Chey-Anne Wilson, IMFT. Clinical services are subject to clinical eligibility, informed consent, documentation, privacy requirements, and applicable professional and licensure standards.
Consulting, coaching, psychoeducational programs, retreats, organizational facilitation, workshops, and other relational growth services are nonclinical. These services are not psychotherapy, mental-health counseling, diagnosis, or medical treatment.
The nature and scope of each service will be clearly identified before services begin. Ongoing outpatient psychotherapy is provided separately through Savvy Intuition, LLC, where applicable.
Website Information Is Not Professional Advice
The information provided on this website is for general informational and educational purposes. Website content is not individualized psychotherapy, mental-health counseling, medical advice, diagnosis, legal advice, or another form of professional advice.
You should not rely on website content as a substitute for evaluation, treatment, or guidance from an appropriately qualified professional familiar with your individual circumstances.
No Professional Relationship Is Created
Accessing this website, reviewing its content, submitting a contact form, calling the listed telephone number, or receiving an initial response does not establish a therapist-client, consultant-client, coach-client, facilitator-participant, or other professional relationship with The Reconnection Experience, LLC or Chey-Anne Wilson.
A professional relationship begins only after:
-
the requested service has been reviewed for appropriateness and fit;
-
any required screening or eligibility process has been completed;
-
the nature and scope of the service have been identified;
-
the applicable agreement, informed consent, or engagement documents have been completed; and
-
The Reconnection Experience has confirmed acceptance of the engagement.
Submission of an inquiry does not guarantee acceptance, availability, scheduling, or delivery of services.
No Offer or Guarantee of Services
Descriptions of services on this website are general and may be updated, modified, limited, or discontinued.
Information displayed on this website does not constitute a binding offer to provide services. Service availability, location, format, eligibility, scope, scheduling, and fees are determined through the applicable inquiry, screening, and agreement process.
No particular personal, relational, clinical, workplace, or organizational result is promised or guaranteed.
Contact Form and Electronic Communications
The website contact form is intended only for general inquiries. Do not use the form to submit medical information, mental-health history, diagnoses, treatment records, crisis information, or other sensitive personal or clinical information.
Information submitted through the contact form is handled as described in the Website Privacy Policy. If sensitive or clinical information is needed, you will receive instructions for providing it through an appropriate separate process.
By providing your contact information and selecting a preferred method of contact, you authorize The Reconnection Experience to respond to your inquiry using that method. Electronic communications may carry privacy and security risks, and confidentiality cannot be guaranteed before a professional relationship is established.
Clinical Privacy
Protected health information created or maintained in connection with designated clinical services is handled in accordance with the Notice of Privacy Practices and applicable privacy requirements.
The Website Privacy Policy governs information collected through the public website. The Notice of Privacy Practices governs protected health information associated with designated clinical services. These are separate notices serving different purposes.
Emergencies and Crisis Support
This website, its contact form, and its listed contact methods are not monitored continuously and must not be used for emergencies, urgent mental-health concerns, or crisis support.
If you are experiencing an emergency or believe that you or another person may be in immediate danger, call 911 or contact the appropriate local emergency services. In the United States, you may also call or text 988 to reach the Suicide & Crisis Lifeline.
Submitting an inquiry does not create a duty to monitor, intervene, respond immediately, or provide emergency services.
Minors
This website is not intended to collect information directly from children.
A parent or legal guardian seeking information about services involving a minor should submit the contact form using the adult’s own name and contact information. A minor’s access to any service is subject to clinical appropriateness, applicable consent requirements, and any additional terms governing that service.
Separate Service Agreements
These Website Terms of Use govern the website only.
Clinical services, consulting or coaching engagements, retreats, organizational services, workshops, and other offerings may require separate agreements, informed-consent documents, policies, or engagement terms. Those documents will govern the specific service, including matters such as scope, responsibilities, confidentiality, privacy, fees, payment, scheduling, cancellation, refunds, records, and termination.
If a service-specific agreement conflicts with these Website Terms of Use, the service-specific agreement controls with respect to that service.

Unless otherwise stated, the website and its original content—including text, service descriptions, frameworks, graphics, branding, logos, photographs, downloadable materials, and page design—are owned by or licensed to The Reconnection Experience, LLC and are protected by applicable intellectual-property laws.
The Reconnection Experience name and related branding may not be used in a manner that suggests endorsement, affiliation, or authorization without prior written permission.

Nothing on this website grants ownership of or a license to use any trademark, service mark, copyrighted material, proprietary framework, or other intellectual property except as expressly stated.

Any legal matter arising specifically from the use of this website will be addressed in an appropriate court with jurisdiction in Ohio, unless applicable law requires otherwise.

These Terms of Use may be revised periodically to reflect changes in the website, services, practices, or applicable requirements.
The updated version will be posted on this page with a revised effective date. Changes apply prospectively from the effective date displayed unless otherwise required by law.
